Meet Syma Ahmed, a fashion and accessory designer from Bengaluru.  Syma completed her Bachelors in Fashion & Apparel from Mount Carmel College, Bangalore and also attended summer  school at London School of Fashion.

Syma interned with the ace Bollywood designer, Vikram Phadnis and started her boutique a year back. This talented girl creates a niche for herself with her personal involvement in designing wedding and festive indo-western clothing for her customers, right from selecting the fabric until the design is ready to be worn.

1. Gold and Navy Half Saree

Syma says, “This is a pre-draped half sari that combines the jewel tones to bring out the traditional side to an indo-western styled ensemble. Preferred by the bride to be worn either at her flamboyant sangeet affair or her wedding reception. This mermaid style skirt and semi sheer blouse give a very flattering look to the wearer.”
